Hi All,
I needed to upgrade a client's IPLDK 100 to ver. 3.9 so we could use group mailboxes. Ever since i have done this when an incoming call comes in the display on the phones shows "DID : 0290". Is there anyway to stop this? Because it is also adding the number on to the front of the calling number listing in the call logging software and making a mess of the reports. I have looked around programming to stop this but no luck so far.
Thanks

Hi

You could try PGM200 (ISDN Attributes), switch off 'Display Did Info'. Pretty sure this is what I turned off before when I had that issue.

Hi Mr. Phones,

You star!! It is actually "CLI Print" which I unchecked. It doesn't stop all of the cli, just the 0290,0291 0292 etc from the SMDR.
I unchecked Prog 200 "Maintain DDI name" yesterday and that didn't work.
Thanks so much.
Regards
Mark
