PGM 113:
If VMIB MSG Retrieve Password is checked,
then, you can see in PGM 227: Authorization Code if you have a password for that extention.
What is it?
The first´s 48 index are for the 48 extension
index 1 for extension No.1
index 48 for exteention No. 48
You can change that password in PGM 116

Si tienes palomeado VMIB MSG Retrieve Password, entonces puedes ver en el PGM 227 password de la extension.
Como lo ves?
Los primeros 48 indices son asociados a las extensiones
indice 1 corresponde a la extension No.1
indice 48 corresponde a la extension No.48
y puedes cambiar el password en el PGM 116

It is right, what morenot writes...
If you check PGM 105 you will have the port number and the extension number. Default ext. 100 has port number 1.
So if you have problems with ext. 108 on port number 9, then in PGM 113 for ext. 108 you can set ON or OFF, what should happen when users are retrieving VMIB messages, the user must enter password or not.
So with these 2 explanations, you should have been helped on the way...

In this case the user (ext 223)forgot your password and in PGM 227 in index 4 have not pass.
Then I can't delete or listen message in voicemail.
I put a new pass in index 4 , and then I can listen and delete message.
En este caso el usuario de la ext 223 olvido su password y revisando el PGM 227 en el index 4 no habia password alguno.
Lo que impedia que pudiese escuchar o borrar la casilla de voz de la ext 223.
Coloque un nuevo password en el index 4 y luego pude escuchar y borrar mensajes.
