IP KEM quit working

I am using 3 IP KEM's on the CAP set 1140E. It has worked for a year just fine. Recently it quit working. All of them. If I use 1 at a time, they still don't work. Power supply is good. Any one else having issues. I am not patched all the way, and was considering that first.

Patch your system. Is power getting to the KEMs or are they completely dead? Have you tried them on another 1140 set.
