IP Hard Phone - Cant call outside of network?

Just installed a 4620 Hard Phone. I can make calls internally just fine, but when I try to make a call outside over the PSTN I get nothing. Any ideas? I havent set one of these up in a while.

Also I can make incoming calls from my cell phone to the IP phone as it has a DID pointing to it.

Check that you are not restricted at the COR level. Ensure this isn't where your restriction is. Confirm Outward Restrictions and FRL level. Let us know.

Check page one of the station form and make sure the COS is high enough to make a call. Try looking at an existing users setup and compare

Why don't you run a trace on the station then dial out and see what happens
