Hi,
I am not sure where to post this so I am just going to try here first. I want to setup my own webserver at my home with DSL. Everywhere I read about this everybody is talking about how you get a Static Public IP and assign it to the DSL Modem/Router and then forward ports to the server. Is this the only way to do this or can I leave the router/modem alone and just assign the Static Public IP to my webserver?
Thanks in Advance,
Sterling
