IP ext. problems with BCM200 3.7

I'm having a puzzling problem with a BCM200 3.7
2 remote IP extensions using the Internet as the WAN; one is hardphone(i2002) wth site to site VPN using Contivity 221's. The other extension is a softphone(i2050) using client based VPN software.
The problem is when one extension calls the other, the call sets up fine, but neither party can hear the other at all. And this happens consistantly. I have other remote IP extensions and they seem to work fine even with the 2 extensions I'm having the problems with. The only way around the problem is for one extension to call the LDN and dial the other extension from the auto-attendant.
I'm having problems troubleshooting because the only problems the extensions are having is with each other, so I'm thinking something in the switch but I'm not sure what to look for.
Any thoughts?

TIA
Phil

It's an IP routing issue. Is there something in the hub (another Contivity), or just two 221's talking to each other?

If there's another VPN router in the mix, make sure you've enabled tunnel to tunnel forwarding.

Might also want to check your default route on the BCM (Net Link Manager/Next Hop on Primary Link).
