IP DECT

Hi,

I have a question regarding IP DECT phones. I have a site that presently has the 3645 and is having battery charging issues and being that they are EOS I was thinking of changing them to the 3745. They presently have their own WLAN and all sets register fine, but when I change to the 3745 would they need a AIWS2 or will their present AVPP work with the new sets.

3645 are WiFi. 3745 are DECT. Those are very different technologies.

Would you know what would replace the 3645?

Avaya does not sell a WiFi handset. Workplace on a WiFi smartphone/tablet is the closest offered.

Thanks, so the customer also need the Base stations for this to work right

DECT handsets require DECT base stations.
