IP Dect with mobility master

I have two separate sites with a 3300 at one which provides phones to both sites. IP Dect (1 Master, 2 Slaves) is running at the first site and now want to implement more base stations at the second site. Problem is the sites are too far away to just have another base running off the existing Master station.

I have setup another Master and made them both Mobility Masters and they say they are both connected. My questions are:-

1. Do I need to see the second Master to look at the first for its Pari function?
2. Do I need to program users separately to each Master?

Hello Tomjrobertson,

The don't have to use a mobility master. 1 master and slaves on site 1, and only slave's on site 2.
Both sites needs a sync master. All rfp's on site 2 should be put in a new sync region. Default sync region is 0 so sync region 1 or higher should work.
The users should still be programmed in the master at site 1. In this setup the central phonebook works on both sites.
