IP DECT Wireless handset showing NoUser

I have an IP OFFICE V2 Control Unit.

My issue.

All is working fine and randomly, a dect phone will unsubcribe,and display No User after subscribing with the PARK and authentication code.
Since then i have a dect that displays NO USER. When logging in the phone displays Invalid.
Yet, when you make a call, it displays the Nouser.

i have tried to reset the password but still same issue even tried the *35*extension*password# but still nothiing
