Just installed Avaya IP DECT 100 Base station and wireless handsets in 3 locations for a client.
The client is complaining that they are experiencing "Echo" with every call they are on the wireless handsets.
Is there a setting that can remedy this issue?
They had the older version of the base station and wireless handsets prior to this and did not experience the issue.
