IP-DECT User Administrators

Hello Everyone,

is it possible to add a User Administrator to the IP DECT Master with Provisioning activ? I don't like to give the Customer the admin Password.

If you use provisioning you don't need to allow the customer access to the RBS whenever a new device has to be subscribed, all is made via the device itself

The question would be "to do what?". Once the system is running in provisioned mode, most of anything that might need to be done can be done from the IP Office end, that being the main point of provisioned mode.

Some one must still press the IPEI in the Master. Without that the phone will not register.

Provisioning mode has been made to make the whole process easier, including the mobile device registration which could be done by the end user itself even without the IPEI

how can it be done by the end user? Normally you add the IPEI in the IPO and then you go to the DECT Master and press the IPEI after that the phone will register.

Well that works but only if you use the PLDS Licences on the IPO and not WebLM.

Maybe you are not talking about the same.

While with IPO Provisioning, neither the BP not the customer admin need to create any user on DECT Master as this is all done in IPO.
But still, the handset needs to be subscribed which is not possible until someone clicks the blue IPEI link in Manager. How can you do this without logging in to DECT Manager?

it would be nice if there was a Checkbox in the Security Settings of the IPO that adds the Costumer account as a User Administrator in the DECT Master.
