I am busy on a existing IP Office 500v2 on R9.0.12 to add IP DECT R4.
The only available RBS versions right now are the V3 type and whatever I try the IP Trunk towards the IP Office stays "Down".

Does anyone have a idea what may be wrong? Are these RBS V3 compatible with R9.0.12?

They need the 7.2 firmware for sure.
Did you use that version?

Hi Peter.

Yes, 7.2.24 and also tried 7.2.28.

But I found the solution which is not as documented.

On the webpage DECT > Master we need to select "IPO" and according to the docs proceed with "other programming items" before rebooting the base station.

After the reboot provisioning is fine, subscribing handsets works as a treat but I got "No PBX Active" on the screens.

The trunk to IP Office was down.
To resolve that go back to DECT > Master, select ACM and turn on TLS, reboot the base, go back in DECT > Master, select IPO and reboot.
Then and only then the trunk becomes active.

Now that you mention it I have seen that happen once before. Switching trunk types to ACM and back to IPO did fix it... I just forgot cause my mind is that of a 85yr old today.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

So TLS is still turned on?

Yep!
I saw TLS errors in monitor and then I remembered that feature was available for ACM so I gave it a shot.
