IP Dect phones can talk to each other but not Digital sets

I have an SL1100 with VoIPDB, ML440, and AP20. I have programmed everything according the quick start guides and the IP Dect Wireless phones can call each other and the audio is fine. when the Wireless phones and Digital phones try to talk the call can be established but there is no audio either direction. I am assuming it is a port or protocol issue but don't know where to start looking. please help.
