IP-DECT - Missed call, then the phone starts ringing

Hello!
I have a customer running a IP500 V2 [9.0.400.965] with 5 Compact IPBS2 [7.2.24 C/7.2.24/IPBS2-Z3/1B1].

Most users have a desk-phone and twinned dect and a few weeks back they were starting to get a missed call in the dect-phone before the dect-phone starts ringing. It can also ring 1 signal, missed call, then start ringing again. The desk-phone of course ringing the whole time. It doesn't happen all the time and can happen both when ringing on a group or a user only.

I have swapped a base, upgraded dect to release above and then everything was fine for a couple of weeks, but is now back.

There are no congestion-counts in system status, no major errors in IP-dect from dates where I know they had issues. Sync is fine and when they answer while the phone is ringing there no disconnected calls or so.

My only suspicion is channel-error due to collective groups and compact IPBS. But can't really tell why everything works fine for over a year and that I couldn't reproduce it when I was at the customer.

Any ideas where to start with this not so serious but irritating problem?

Have a nice weekend!

Broken batterys in the handsets? Dropping voltage when the ringer sucks up the last power.

Naah don't think so. To much different handsets and even handsets that are only months old.

How many DECT phones do you have ringing at once, if it is more than 4 then this behaviour could be happening due to trying to have more than 4 phones ring on a compact base station.

Biggest group is up to 6 members. Most phones are on the base at the office of course, and their phones can reach 2 compact bases. Maybe it's when channels are full at the office base, and then joins the base right outside the office this happens. I'll have them test sequential instead. Thanks for your reply.
