I have a customer that is running multiple IP DECT 3711 telephones on their system and one handset is stating that test expired. I can not find any documentation on how to clear this or what it means. Has anyone else run across this and how did you fix it?

Nope never heard of it, I would remove the registration from the handset (if you can) and delete it from the ADMM and then re-register the handset to the system.

Perhaps it is in dect test mode
You need to log in to the system settings

Short press the "Menu” soft key
Enter the following key sequence: R***76#
Then i think you need to go to system but i am not sure
Then you can test the signaling to the base stations

Or default it:

Short press the "Menu” soft key
Enter the following key sequence: R***76#
Select Master Reset
Press OK.
Press OK again.
