IP CONSOLE 5550

Hi Everyone,

I have a problem with 5550 IP Console, I installed many of these and they worked without giving any problems. Just in June this year 10 of these Ip console became faulty, checked Ip addresses assigned to them & they are ok, tried reconfiguring again but without success, this happens on MCD 4.2. Anybody with a solution please assist.
