ip conference phone freezes

I saw in an earlier thread that I need to upgrade the firmware on the conference phone to allow it to work on a bcm 4.0. If I can't connect to the bcm how can I upgrade it? Thanks

Use a TFTP server to transfer the files to the phone. Firmware for the 2033 is available on Nortel's website.
