IP Communicator + VM Envelope

We use the IP Communicator alot in my company, and randomly people get the Envelope icon that tells them they have voicemail, constantly displaying.

I have checked the system and they 100% don't have any VMs.

In some cases I can record one, listen to it and delete it which will remove it. But not always!

ANY IDEAS?

do they have a fax? can you have your users check PCA and look at ALL types of messages? (not just voicemail)

I have disovered the Message Waiting Lamp numbers that can be phoned to turn the indicator for VMs on and off. As a temporary fix I can just dial this number!

When you dial the MWI DN's is there any delay before the light turns on or off? Do you have synchronization configured to occur nightly? Check the tsp version and compatibility with CM version. I think the latest TSP version it 8.1 or something.
