Ip communicator service and directorys not found!

Im quite new to this technology.I installed cucm6.0 on vmware 2.0 and integrated with cisco ip communicator .But my when i click services,its registering and shows Host Not Found! Same with When I click Directory.Only Missed,Received and Placed calls can visible there..No directory!

I searched the other links and I changed the enterprise Parametres Configuration from hostname to my call manager ip address(

http://192.168.1.10:8080/ccmcip/xmldirectory.jsp).When

I click the link I am getting some xml<CiscoIPPhoneMenu> .
But didnt get any services or directories.

Is there any problem with my settings of communicator with cucm?I just did the settings showed in the video after installing cucm.

Plese can anyone give me some ideas!

Did you reset the devices after making the change from hostname to ip address?
Also in the server settings is the server name the ipaddress? If it is the hostname you need to change that to the ip address as well

Do I need to change from hostname to ip address in all Phone URL parameters like authentication,Directory,Information,Services??

Unless you have a DNS server running, the answer is Yes, change all of them to your IP address. Also be aware that the Directories also need a TFTP server running on your CallManager to work.
