IP-CCIS on 9100 with SonicWalls

Has anybody setup IP CCIS on a 9100 when using SonicWall equipment? When we dial the remote extension number, the CAP button will light up but we then get a busy signal. When we look in Wireshark, it looks like it is trying to use port 59001, even though the system, and the documentation say it uses 57000 and 59000.

There is a VPN between the two sites. We can access each site across the VPN, but cannot get a call to setup.
 
Check your basic setup on your phone systems to make sure your gateways and subnets are right. Check that your VOIP cards have IP addresses etc. VPN should be open and not blocking anything. Disable SIP ALG etc.
 
It appears to be a network issue. We have triple checked the programming on the systems and even had NTAC take a look. Looks like we are at the mercy of the IT team that controls the Sonic Walls.
