IP calls from IP Gatewey(third party) over Definity to mobile provider

I have connection between Definity and IP Gateway (Quintum Tenor) over IP trunk(trunk group 10). Definity is connected to mobile provider Switch over ISDN trunk(trunk group 1).
Calls from Definty to mobile provider swith establish normally.But when we try to call mobile switch from Quintum over Definity, the following message appears in trace:

Does anyone has any idea about this problem?
