I know this is probably a newbie question...

When my customer dials extension 2290, I have a need to send the call to an IP device as well as an analog extension...what is the easiest means to achieve this?

If it were just to the IPs, I can build keys on the IP phones all day long as a SCR...but I don't recall how to send the call to an IP and analog at the same time...

Thanks, Jim

Just build the analog with the same DN as the IP phone but leave the MARP on the IP Phone

I actually didn't form the question well. I need to send the call to an IP and an ACD DN so I can send the call to an external number, instead of an analog extension...does your answer still apply?

Thanks, Jim

So you want the IP phone to be able to external call forward after so many rings? What is the analog doing? Is it a phantom?

If you are planning to try and get two extensions to answer at the same time, then I think your only option is to check if you have the PCR license enabled.

It also needs to be turned on in LD 15 under FTR_DATA if you have any licence ports available.

Sorry to be confusing...here is the scenario

CS1000e is hosting a E911 center...there are IP phones that reside at two remote locations; one is City Police dispatch, and the other is County Sheriff dispatch and these IP phones receive the 911 transferred calls from Central Dispatch to the remote locations. I am programming a new Mitel 3300 at the Sheriff Dept and they would like the 911 transfer calls to appear as keys on the phones in dispatch, as well as the 1230 IPs (meridian phones) that reside on their positions. I am wanting the calls to ring to the IP phones at the positions as well as send the call to a DID number attached to the PRI at the Sheriff Dept that will allow it to appear as an extension on their 3300 system.

That is why I feel I need it to ring to the IPs as well as an ACD...

Thanks, Jim

Maybe that's why I had never tried it in the past when I was fooling with these system more often :)

You would be able to do this with Personal Call Assistant or Mobile Extension features.
Check your SLT in LD 22 to see if you have licenses for MOBILE EXTENSIONS or PCA.
