Following problem occurs using IP Agent :

Agent login is set to auto answer none, station is set to auto answer none, service-link is set to as needed. Incoming call to agent's skill will put ringing signal on his remote terminal (normal analog phone at his house). When agent is doing other work and not able to answer the phone immediately, the ringing signal stops after 30 seconds. On the screen still a winking call alert is available. After clicking the ' answer' button on the IP Agent application, the phone starts ringing again. This is unwanted, because the agent has to be alerted by ringing signal until he answers the call. Is there some timer or adjustment in the switch to set to get this problem solved ?
Who can help ?

If you have RONA active on the split/skill it will pull the call back after a predetermined number of rings. 30 seconds is about 5 ring cycles (plus call setup). RONA will put the agent in AUX mode. When the agent pushes the call answer button the Definity thinks the agent is trying to change state and gives confirmation tone.

The weird thing is, no RONA is active. The call remains active on the application, but the service link is disconnected.
Any clues ?
