We use IP agent in telecommuter (dual-connect) mode. Users can therefore work from remote locations such a home, another site etc as long as they have IP access, however small the bandwidth. They have to enter a destination phone number they want teh voice path to be carried over. Is there any way I can see this destination number?

If they are logged into the system, then if you do a status station of thier station, it will show where the call if forwarded to.

Where does this show? The IP agent voice path is not a call forward and the "CF Destination" is blank.

I only have a field named "Service Link Port", is this because I'm on CM 1.3? This is very frustrating!! Is there a way I can tie the port to a destination number?
