I know its probably a long shot, but here goes anyway
We have just rolled out IP Agent on our helpdesk and, on a few agents machines, they are getting an 'IPAgent has generated errors and will be closed' message, followed by 'there is no TAPI call control application available to answer any incoming call. To log off, choose ok, to restart, choose cancel'
It takes a restart of the machine to restore normal service but it usually happens again a couple of hours later.
Plus one person has the application just disappearing to the system tray whenever he tries to use the speed dials he has set up in the phone directory - on the little arrow next to the phone directory button.
As I say, its a long shot, but if anyone has seen this happen before and knows what the problem is, then I will be eternally grateful!
