Ip Agent on Citrix

I am testing IP agent 6 on Citrix - I can log the station on and make and recieve calls without an issue.

When I try to log an agent on, I am just getting an engaged tone. I've been through the docs and don't seem to be able to find anything.

Has anyone else experienced this, or are there any ideas on how to fix this.

Try using the dial pad within IPagent to dial FAC...
