IP Agent - Nail up VuStats

Need help from an expert on Avaya IP Agent software

most of the remote workers always see vu-stats or Queue call information on the bottom bar of the IP Agent toolbar

However One Skill (one outlying office and their PCs) I cannot get this information to display for more than a few seconds

I tried some setting changes on the desktop but that did not help, and the Avaya documentation did not address this specific issue

How do you get the VuStats to nail up permanently on that bottom toolbar of IP Agent?
