trying to install ip agent r4, get the error 'could not get TAPI service provider list'. Any thoughts? this is on winxp, and i've tried installing with xp in safe mode also.

Do you have the TAPI kernel-mode service provider installed in the Phone and Modem Options? Did it install the Avaya IP Service Provider, iClarity?

*sigh*, when i clicked on phone and modem properties nothing happened (IOW the properties window didn't come up). I just re-installed xp.
