IP Agent and Instant Messaging

We are using IP agent 6.0, we have a SIP Enablement Server (SES) and many users are working. The person that used to manage this process is gone. I thought I had everything configured on both the IP Agent and in the SES, however each time we try to login it tells us it can't find the user name/password.

Thoughts on what I might be missing?
