Good Morning...I have a group that used agent greetings within Ip agent and noticed that thier call handle time increased. They are saying that there is a 15 second wait time between calls by default. Is this true? I am not really familiar with IP agent and cannot find anything on this in the documentation that I have read. Is this just standard or can you drop the time down? Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
