Currently we are implementing IP Agent 7 with active directory. Call Center operations often require that an agent be able to take any seat in a Call Center, and be able
to have his/her operating environment brought to that position. The problem with this scenario is everytime the agent logins in he/she is prompted to enter extension and password. IP Agent Release 7 is loading the HKEY_CURRENT_USER. we tried manipulating this but to no success because we are still having the same problem. IP Agent Release 5 address this issue because the information is being save and process through HKEY_CURRENT_MACHINE so any user will be able to use the same extension and password evertime the agent logins the first time.
Can someone assist me on how to address this issue with IP Agent Release 7.
