For Legacy phones (H.323, Digital, Analog) you can run the command "status station xxx" in Communication Manager.
You can also find the command in System Manager under Elements / Communication Manager / Endpoints / Manage Endpoints. Check the box to select a station the use the Maintenance dropdown menu and select status.
SIP stations always show Disconnected in Communication Manger so you need to be in System Manager under Elements / Session Manager / System Status / User Registrations.
You can enable the Filter to search for a specific Address, Name, Etc.
A SIP station that is logged in will have the Address and IP Address fields populated, along with the Registered Session Manager(s).
