IP Address With Port

OK, this may be a stupid question (if so, please forgive me . . . I am a programmer, not a network guru), but what I am looking for is the format to list both IP address and port number together that could be used in a web browser to go to a port other than 80. Something like this . . .


xxx.xxx.xxx.xxxort
