one of my client's ip address was stolen to send spam,he's PC is not the mail server, I want to know how someone can steal his ip address to send spam and what I can do to help him.

In all liklihood, his PC is infected with a virus -- some install their own SMTP engine to allow propagation.

Alternately, he may be running some form of SMTP server that has been hijacked as an open relay.
