ip address UNKNOWN when pressing tab key

CCMA first time log in (configuring CCMS server) I enter
the host name of CCMS (it is in my host table so i am able
to resolve to IP address)press tab key and get UNKNOWN for
address. I have all patches on both servers.

Have you gone through the commissioning steps for ccma...a big gotchya are the port numbers for the ccma and the default web sites, ccma after install or upgrade comes up 81...needs to be 80. The default port comes up 80...needs to be 81. This can be found under administrative tools, iis manager, web sites.
