IP address "releases" w/DHCP every 20-25 seconds

I've got a Dell Dim3000 XP Pro that whenever it's plugged into my business nw it "forgets" it's IP about every 20-25 seconds then releases from DHCP. When my coworker has it plugged into his home network (sorry, no details) - everything is OK. If I force an IP ... everything is OK.

According to Dell hardware support it's a configuration issue but I'm not sure. It's running an Intel Pro 100/VE NIC.
Any guidance would be appreciated.

After you 'force an IP' run 'ipconfig /all' and post the output for analysis.

Here' the ipconfig for both before and after static mapping

Leave it set to use DHCP, and when it 'forgets' the ip, run the command again, and post output.
