IP address for Router Configuration

I need the IP address to put in the browser to be able to access the Router Management page. Any information on whether or not there is a default userid and pwd to access this page would be a great help

I also need instructions on these things

1. how to set it to obtain ip automatically
2. how to set to PPPOE
3. how to change the userid and pwd that ISP has provided
