IP Address and Domain Name Restrictions

I am working on a project where I am asked to add some ip addresses to restricted ip list. Instead of doing the following:
websites > properties > directory security > edit > add...

Can I use an iis script to handle this on the fly? I looked at

but none of them can do what i need.

When you state 'on-the-fly' that implies some type of automated solution. You can use VBScript to add an IP address to the restricted IP list in Directory Security, but your post doesn't make it clear how how you plan to implement the automation.
