Hi,

I'm presently running Domino 4.6.2 (I am upgrading to v5.8+ soon) on NT4. I currently run SMTP, and POP3 services but would like to run the http service so my users can use webmail from the internet.
My mail server has a fixed public IP address which resolves to a domain name (mail.domainname.com. Unfortunately our web domain name is in use and is hosted on anotherserver.

Do I need to use another fixed public Ip address for my web server or can I use a http port with the existing IP address?

Gary

if you set up port forwarding on the webserver that currently hosts your website, then you can redirect http requests (port 80) to another server.. Peter Van Eeckhoutte
