We have an IP 5550 console.
I'm trying to understand where the values come from for the panel of extensions the front desk uses comes from.
I understand there is a Shared and a Private folder for each user, and was able to find the xml files in them.
I went into the Shared and modified the xml file to reflect the current extension list and names. Initially, when the software opened up, all the Names and numbers for the new additions showed up, but when they put it on ready, the names of the new additions disappeared. This makes me assume there is another file, somewhere, that over-rides the locally xml file.
I'd like to find out where that file is so that I can modify it to reflect the current staff and extensions.
