Hello..
when i try to login using web interface ID/Password this error appear (Could not parse XML document).
Any advice?

A) reupgrade demo and tick upload files. Even if you get it 'working' it's painful like a throbbing cavity. In both situations you'll end up needing paracetamol. Check your sec settings against that user for web management.
B) say fuggit and use Admin Suite.
