Ip 500v2 config offline

I went to class in NY for ip ofc probably 8yrs ago. I've worked on them 3 times since then. I've forgotten a lot. I am trying to do a config offline programming IP500v2.A lot is being grayed out, such as line.I'm comparing to another IP500v2 which this laptop is connected to & see a totally different screen. What am I doing wrong & when I find out will that enable me to do the rest without being grayed out. Hope this all makes sence.

I imagine whoever downloaded the config only had "Manager" level access not "Administrator" as that's what's greyed out at such levels, along with system stuff like IP related settings etc :)
