IP 500 logging out extensions randomly

I have two extensions on digital sets that allow users to HOTDESK. These two extensions have started to randomly logout the user. The user is set up for mobile twinning when logged in. I have changed the IDLE login to be 99999 seconds but it is still logging the two users out.
There are other users within the phone system who HOTDESK as well, but no issues like the two mentioned above. Any help would be appreciated.

Leave the log in idle time empty.

Change the password perhaps someone is loging in as these users by accedent.

If there is an issue with then twining stopping try turning on twin when the user is logged off.

Are they in hunt groups set to log users out when they miss a call???

Sounds like you need SSA and monitor logging to catch what is happening.

Yes SSA can do a capture so you can go back and replay it.
