Ip 500 basic mode memory card failure

Hello IP 500 Gurus, I have a few IP 500's, installed, all in basic mode, on one of my systems on station 10, the display reads "status" when pressed the display reads "memory card failed"
The system seems to be operating ok. could you point me to the correct manual for resolving this matter, Thank You very Much.

Back up the config and recreate the SD card. I am assuming you actually have an IP500V2
