IP 4602SW - Screen goes after its logged in??? Please have a butchers

Hello Chaps


Got a new 4602sw logging on over a hardware VPN Link, logs in cool, and whilst its logging it the text scrolls up fine (logging on, tftp etc)

thing is as soon as its logged on the screen goes blank, the handset works fine other than that (making voice calls, holding, transfer, red light on at top when messages etc)


Any Idea me lords???

Sounds like a port issue on the VPN. are you using Cisco by chance?? If you are you may need to disable the fixups..

We are using a netgear one end and a zyxel the other, the VPN seems to be working fine for other data apps?

what do you mean by port issue?
