Hello everyone thanks for taking the time to read this,
We have a customer running a IPO 412 on software level 4.1(9)running on ISDN30.
The issue i'm having is that when attempting to connect remotely(Spare DDI used for remote dial in) the dial up connection succesfully connects, the IPO office is viewable(manager used remotely is level 5.08) however the logon credentials supplied (which have been confirmed as being correct) are rejected with the following error being displaid "Communications Error" then the ISDN dial up is dropped.
Strange thing is that I can access the security settings, this being possible i set up a new user account with full admin access, still this fails to connect (had the logon details tested locally and these work fine)
Checking the basics with the end user onsite, call comes in as a data call, default firewall profile on the 412, pointed at different DDI's same result,We have multiple systems on version 4 software running on PRI and havent had any issues (granted the vast majority are IP500's and we are in the process of moving them to version 5)
Just wondered if anyone has encountered this before and if possible could shed any light?
Many thanks in advance
