IP 406 Upgrade

We have a customer in a scn. Site one has a 412 2.1(77). Site two has a 403 2.1(77). Site three has a 406 1.4(25). Site four has a 406 1.4(25). Can anyone tell me if the old 406 control unit can be upgraded to 3.2(57)? I was not sure if this would be a memory issue or not?

yes you can upgrade to 3.2

BUT you realy should upgrade the other sites too
yes you can have two different software levels but that must be like
2.0-2.1
2.1-3.1
3.1-3.2
3.2-4.0 (not an option because of old 406 and 403)

at least you must upgrade to 2.1.77 for the two units
if you want to go to 3.2 then do them all
