the physical hardware is identical all you require is a UK spec line interface.
you may also have to manualy erase the firmware & reload uk spec firmware depending on exactly what is insalled in the system
We have had a number of "406" units shipped with Unity 300 firmware that required this treatment.
sofar noone has ben able to explain what a unity 300 is or why we recieved them.
