IP 403 upgrade to 3.1 1

Hello,

I must do an upgrade of an IP403 in 2.1.27 to 3.0

I read the procedure but i have an interrogation. what are the intermediate step to do the upgrade with no errors.

pass on the 1.99, after on the 2.99 and on the 3.1 ?

On the avaya website in find this :

WARNING: Upgrading IP403 Control Units to levels between 2.0 and 2.1(27) inclusive.
In this scenario, the IP403 must first be upgraded to level 1.99. Once upgrade to 1.99, the unit can be
further upgraded to levels from 2.0. Refer to Stage 12b. Two-Stage Upgrades.

If someone know exactly the steps, please i need your help.

Sorry i wrote a error in my thread, i want upgrade from 2.1.27 to 3.1

I have upgraded our own ip403 to 3.1 To be safe i upgraded each build version on at a time. 2.1 27, then 2.1 (40), then (44) and then (59). Not sure if those numbers are right, but thats how i did it.

If your system is at 2.1.27, and you want to go to 3.0.xx, you must upgrade to 2.99 before going to 3.0.xx. If your system is at 2.1.27 and you want to go to 3.1.xx, I would upgrade to 2.1.99 and then ugrade to 3.0.99 and then finally upgrade to 3.1.xx. Good Luck!!!
