GOOFY situation. IP 403 with 8 copper lines. If I call in and put on hold then I hear MOH fine. However, if the business calls out to anyone and puts them on hold, immediate dissconnect? Any thoughts?
Wacky! After hours, try defaulting the config (make sure you have a backup!) and see if the behaviour still happens. If so then load your good config back, if not then reprogram the system.
If it still happens with a defaulted system - hmmm. What firmware are you running?
We saw a similar thing with a 406, using digital station modules. Any call put on hold would disconnect. At initial installation, the modules did not match the control unit software rev. Once the modules were updates THAT issue went away.
Of course, being 2.1.15, there remained other issues
